A Listener for the Apache Thrift buffered transport. The buffered
transport reads and writes raw messages directly. In order to
delimit messages, then, a protocol factory is needed. This needs
to be the same protocol factory that is used higher in the stack.
This layering violation is unfortunate, but is inherent in Thrift's
construction.
Note
The buffered transport seems to be deprecated in recent
version of Apache Thrift. This is for the better, as it severely
compromises modularity in the Thrift stack.
