    Replicate the given status to the target peer
    
    Parameters:
    
    p - Path to the resource we're reading from
    
    status - Information to replicate
    
    target - The peer
    
    helper - Instance of ReplicaSystemHelper
    
    Returns:
    
    A new Status for the progress that was made
