extends Provider

Security provider for JMRTD specific implementations. Main motivation is to make JMRTD less dependent on the BouncyCastle provider. Provides:

• CertificateFactory "CVC" (a factory for CardVerifiableCertificate instances)

the index of BC, if it was present, in the list of providers
