Determines whether the handle reference is configurable by implementing the ConnectionOpenable.ConnectionOpenAutomaton interface.

Parameters:

aHandle - The handle to test whether the reference provides the according functionality.

Returns:

True in case the reference provides the according functionality.

Throws:

UnknownHandleRuntimeException - in case the handle is unknown.

isOpenable
