# Map

#### trait Map [A, +B] extends Iterable[(A, B)] with Map[A, B] with MapLike[A, B, Map[A, B]]

A generic trait for immutable maps. Concrete classes have to provide functionality for the abstract methods in `Map`:

Another example is calculating geometric mean from a collection of doubles (one would typically require big doubles for this).
