Construct a new bundle of ciphertext and IV.

Parameters:

c - The ciphertext

i - The IV

h - The mac

CipherTextIvMac

public CipherTextIvMac(java.lang.String base64IvAndCiphertext)

Constructs a new bundle of ciphertext and IV from a string of the format base64(iv):base64(ciphertext).

Parameters:

base64IvAndCiphertext - A string of the format iv:ciphertext The IV and ciphertext must each be base64-encoded.

Method Detail

ivCipherConcat

public static byte[] ivCipherConcat(byte[] iv,
                                    byte[] cipherText)

Concatinate the IV to the cipherText using array copy. This is used e.g. before computing mac.

Parameters:

iv - The IV to prepend

cipherText - the cipherText to append

Returns:

iv :cipherText, a new byte array.

equals

public boolean equals(java.lang.Object obj)

Overrides:

equals in class java.lang.Object

getCipherText

public byte[] getCipherText()

Get cipher text byte [ ].

Returns:

the byte [ ]

getIv

public byte[] getIv()

Get iv byte [ ].

Returns:

the byte [ ]

getMac

public byte[] getMac()

Get mac byte [ ].

Returns:

the byte [ ]

hashCode

public int hashCode()

Overrides:

hashCode in class java.lang.Object

toString

public java.lang.String toString()

Encodes this ciphertext, IV, mac as a string.

Overrides:

toString in class java.lang.Object

Returns:

base64(iv) : base64(mac) : base64(ciphertext). The iv and mac go first because they're fixed length.
