FastqWriter

Simple interface for a class that can write out fastq records.

Class Summary

AsyncFastqWriter	Implementation of a FastqWriter that provides asynchronous output.
BasicFastqWriter	In general FastqWriterFactory should be used so that AsyncFastqWriter can be enabled, but there are some cases in which that behavior is explicitly not wanted.
FastqConstants
FastqReader	Reads a FASTQ file with four lines per record.
FastqRecord	Represents a fastq record, fairly literally, i.e.
FastqWriterFactory	Factory class for creating FastqWriter objects.
