Enum Constant Detail

REPO_BEFORE_DB

public static final Order REPO_BEFORE_DB

Update the repository and execute all ref updates before touching the database.

The default and most common, as Gerrit does not behave well when a patch set has no corresponding ref in the repo.

DB_BEFORE_REPO

public static final Order DB_BEFORE_REPO

Update the database before touching the repository.

Generally only used when deleting patch sets, which should be deleted first from the database (for the same reason as above.)

public static Order[] values()

Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:

for (Order c : Order.values())
    System.out.println(c);

Returns:

an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared

valueOf

public static Order valueOf(String name)

Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)

Parameters:

name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.

Returns:

the enum constant with the specified name

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name

NullPointerException - if the argument is null
