Annotation for rpc method in a RpcEndpoint implementation. Every rpc method must have a respective counterpart in the RpcGateway implementation for this rpc server. The RpcCompletenessTest makes sure that the set of rpc methods in a rpc server and the set of gateway methods in the corresponding gateway implementation are identical.
