extends Enum<PersistedFlowState>

Represents the various state of a flow managed by the cluster. The semantics of the values are:

• CURRENT - the flow is current
• STALE - the flow is not current, but is eligible to be updated.
• UNKNOWN - the flow is not current and is not eligible to be updated.
