Class Summary

Preferences	give us ability to set all framework/modules.* properties at the cmd line such as --framework.property.name=, which implies: framework.property.name= by generating a preferences.properties file that contains overridden values otherwise default values from new defaults file apply.
Setup	Setup which replaces old command line parsing at the shell layer which leaves the old setup/setup.bat to only blindly pass arguments along with the java.home, rdeck.base, rdeck.home, and ant.home environment
