A list of cache parameter groups. Each element in the list contains detailed information about one cache parameter group.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the CacheParameterGroup.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via CacheParameterGroup.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #cacheParameterGroups(List).

Parameters:

cacheParameterGroups - a consumer that will call methods on CacheParameterGroup.Builder
